Theses forms are used to contact people interested in applying to the AIMove Past-Master's Degree.

Communications on AIMove Post-Master's Degree Program contents and application process

• Information we collect

The data collected include name, surname and email. Phone number is optional.

• Methods of collection

The data is collected via an online form on LinkedIn ads and an online form on Aimove.eu.

• Purpose of data collection:

This data (name, surname and email) is the minimum required for us to contact you to inform you regarding the application and recruitment process for the Post-Master’s Degree AIMove.

• Children under 13

Our ads and website are not intended for children under 13 years of age. Our education program, AIMove, is accessible to adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal inforamtion form children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not provide any information to the online forms.

• Data storage, security and access

The data collected when you fill these forms is stored on the private cloud of of French public education actor MINES Paris – PSL University. Corresponding webservers are located in France and their security assured by the IT team of MINES Paris – PSL University.

The data collected can only be accessed by the pedagogical and administrative team of the AIMove Post-Master’s, part of MINES Paris – PSL University, to contact you regarding the AIMove program.

The data will be stored for a maximum duration of 2 years and can be deleted on simple demand to info AT aimove.eu. None of this data will be passed on to any third party.

• Communications policy

We will use your email to send you a limited number of communications per year, usually no more than 5 or 6 per year on average depending on the number of the recruitment jurys.

If provided, we will use your phone to call you once to see if your profile fits for AIMove and can be interesting for the next year if not, may call you the 2 following years to see whether your career, situation and priorirites have evolved favorably towards an application for AIMove.

We will NOT send you weekly or monthly newsletters.

• Business Transfers

AIMove is part of a non-profit public education actor. MINES Paris – PSL University cannot be sold to a private company. Therefore your data will never end up in the hands of another company.

• Future changes to privacy policy

In case of any change to this privacy policy, we will send you an email notifying you of the changes to the policy.
